David and Kati's Visit

Tracy's brother David and sister-in-law Kati came to visit this past weekend! We showed them around Riverside-Avondale on Saturday night and then Sunday was "David day"...aka "golf day." First stop was TPC Sawgrass!

Last weekend we saw Tiger Woods on this putting green. This weekend...overweight white dudes... (Not David, the dudes on the green...)
Yes, we did run onto the green afterward and then hop into the lagoon...As you can see, we actually got to walk on the course and explore 17 and 18 as they disassembled the grandstands from last weekend's tournament. (And by "got to" we mean that we helped ourselves, up until when a friendly septugenarian shooed us off...)
Next stop was the World Golf Hall of Fame. We had some "sandwedges" at Murray Brothers' Caddyshack Restaurant, putted with some antique feather golf balls, played a couple of simulated golf holes...and then they gave David the US Open trophy!
And Clay won the Ryder Cup! (No doubt due to his quadruple bogey on the simulator hole...)

Getting Ready for Sam...

Putting together Sam's stroller.  Nana and Papa Strickland and Aunt Karen & Uncle Danny sent it down a couple months early so that Annie could get used to it.  We've never seen Annie NOT bark at anything with wheels...but she seems to like it!

Getting started on Sam's nursery... We can't believe he'll be here in less than 2 months!
